Accounts & Registration. How can I create an account?

To create an account, click on the "Register" button on the home page and enter your personal information such as name, email, and password.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you forgot your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email to receive a password reset link.

Can I add products to my favorites?

Yes, you can add any product to favorites by clicking the "Add to Favorites" icon next to the product. You can access your favorites at any time through your account.

How can I add a product to my shopping cart?

When you find the product you want to buy, click "Add to Cart." It will be automatically added to your shopping cart, and you can proceed to checkout.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you have any issues with the order, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

Yes, perishable food items (fresh, refrigerated, and frozen products), products that have been opened or used, customized products made according to the customer's request, as well as personal items such as underwear and personal care tools, cannot be returned or exchanged. Also, recharge cards (mobile credit, games, internet).

You can submit a return or exchange request through the app or directly contact customer service. After approval, the product must be returned to "Astra Supermarket" — Al Ashrafiyah branch for inspection and processing.
